You can find your 1098T form in your Panther Portal account. Log into your account and go towards the right hand side to the "Panther Central Self-Service Menu" Click on Financial Information. There will be a "1098-T Tax Information" tab, click on it. This will send you to another screen. Here you will need to approve and give consent to receiving your 1098-T electronically to access it. Please look at the image below to help you find the 1098-T.
